This page explains which personal data we process when you visit letitbee.cz or send us an enquiry, why we need it and what rights you have.
Who processes your data
The controller is Let IT Bee, s.r.o., company ID 24205095, registered office Břehová 40/1, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic. For any question about your personal data, email IT@LetITBee.cz or call +420 775 654 443.
Enquiry form
When you fill in the form, we process what you enter: name, email, phone, optionally company name, the size of your IT environment (number of computers, users or servers) and your message.
Together with the enquiry we automatically store how you found the website: the previous page, campaign tags in the link (UTM), the first page you visited and the time of sending. This helps us see which channels work. The data stays only in your browser during the visit and is sent together with the form.
- Purpose: to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and possibly conclude a contract.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for the origin of the enquiry, our legitimate interest in evaluating our own marketing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: if no cooperation follows, we delete the enquiry no later than 3 years after the last contact. If it does, retention follows the contract and statutory periods (e.g. accounting).
Analytics and cookies
To measure traffic we use Google Tag Manager and the Google tools it loads (e.g. Google Analytics). They store cookies in your browser and send Google information about your visit, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location based on your IP address.
Analytics tools load only if you agree in the banner on the website. Without consent the website works the same, nothing is measured. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the button below.
Data from Google may be transferred to the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection.
Who we share data with
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and processing of the submitted form.
- Google Ireland Ltd.: traffic measurement, only with your consent.
We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone else for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent to analytics at any time. Just write to IT@LetITBee.cz; we reply within 30 days.
If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
